Description Alexander Kojevnikov 2009-08-12 01:23:08 UTC
Bug 318775 fixed the keyboard indicator for some use cases, and broke it for others.

If the panel is attached to the left or to the right, and it's wide enough, the keyboard indicator should be drawn normally, that is - horizontally.

This is how the clock applet works, it switches from vertical to horizontal mode and the (vertical) panel width is increased.

I will attach a screen-shot.

Did you check the latest gnome? There is no indicator applet any more. There is status icon now.
Comment 4 Alexander Kojevnikov 2010-05-19 15:05:48 UTC
Indeed, and it works fine on a vertical panel.

Closing as FIXED.
