Please describe the problem:
When I try to join an IRC room and expand the "Room List" section in the "Join Room" dialog, that list is not populating for the IRC accounts. It works fine with a Jabber account.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable an IRC account
2. Choose Room -> Join and select the IRC account
3. Try to expand the Room List


Actual results:
The Room List doesn't populate.

I guess that's because telepathy-idle doesn't implement room listing.
Can you check if there is a bug opened about that on https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ and, if not, open one? Thanks!
