Please describe the problem:
GStreamer-based programs will not play the streams available at <http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf9/Streams>. The first frame of the video stream comes through, but the picture does not move, and there is no audio.

Steps to reproduce:
1. gst-launch playbin uri=http://video.debconf.org:8000/Upper_talkroom.ogv.m3u

Debug output generated with GST_DEBUG=5 can be found at <https://robots.org.uk/stuff/plabin.gz> and <https://robots.org.uk/stuff/plabin2.gz> (playbin and playbin2 respectively).

The ogg skeleton says that the timestamps start at 0 but then the audio and video streams start with some humongous timestamp.

Those streams are not available anymore so I could not reproduce.
