Description David Siegel 2009-07-23 22:37:00 UTC
The main menu applet draws a small, downward-pointing "arrow" to indicate its menu. Many other elements have menus that disclose on click (most applets, all menus in menu bars), but they do not draw arrows like the main menu applet.

To be consistent with menus and other applets, this arrow should not be drawn.

Comparison of with-arrow and without-arrow

See the arrow on the top main-menu applet. It is removed in the bottom screen for comparison.
