Description Ben Hay 2009-07-13 23:19:36 UTC
Trying to load Help in Windows, I get the following error when no gateway is configured.

Parse error in 'http://docs.gimp.org/2.6/en/gimp-help.xml':
GET request failed: WinHttp error: CANNOT_CONNECT

Need some way to set a proxy for Gimp Help.

We are using GIO to do this, so this is actually a bug in GLib then.
