At file properties I can see the modified and accessed date but at folder properties there's no such information. The only way I know of viewing the modified and accessed date of a folder is to switch to list view.

I'm using nautilus 1:2.27.2-0ubuntu1 but I think it's missing since I remember…

Unfortunately this bug hasn't gotten attention for a long time. It has been recently reported in the new bug tracker, so let's close here and continue tracking it there: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus/issues/723
