Many of foreign people have to work under English locale for various reasons. All is good except for calendar, which is almost unusable if its layout starts with unusual day of week. From the very childhood we get accustomed to calendars starting from Monday and it is impossible to work effectively with other layouts. May be because all other desktops and gadgets I have ever seen allows to tune this property and GNOME desktop is the only place where I have to obey to computer and not vice versa.
