Description Andreas Allacher 2009-06-18 10:03:35 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Hi,

I can't find an option to set the "Save as" dialog to use "Icon View" or "Compact Icon View" - neither a temporary option nor a default option (I actually want a default option).

Steps to reproduce:
1. For instance via Webbrowser: Open a website
2. File-->Save As...
3.

Actual results:

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?

Furthermore I want to add that I really would like to see the ability to rename files and folders in open and save as dialogs. It is especially practical if you want to copy a folder name to use it (partly) for the name of a new file.
