Ubuntu 9.04
evolution 2.26.1.0ubuntu2

If I try to create a timed event (non a full day one) it happens:
1) even if I doble click on 10 (for example), the starting hours in the newly opened dialog is empty
2) I try to edit the time (i.e. 10.00) but it is impossible to set any time
3) if I save the vent, it is a 0-24 event of the previous day
4) when I try to delete this "bad" event Evolution crashed.

This problem was not present in evolution of the ubuntu 8.10, but affects only the one with 9.04
