Trying to go to Paypal with epiphany 2.27.2 (webkit backend) results in the error:

Unable to load page

Problem occurred while loading the URL https://www.paypal.com/us/

Connection terminated unexpectedly

This is a gnutls problem, which is being worked around in the latest libsoup, so upgrade that.
