Description phil.labram 2009-05-05 12:52:40 UTC
A memo accidentally deleted can not be restored.

I was viewing information in a memo (where I can not edit it). I highlighted some text and pressed ctrl + X. This deleted the whole memo. I could not then find a way to restore the memo, despite paste being available.

Can functionality change to either indicate that the whole memo is about to be delete or add a simple way to restore the memo.

Thanks

Bug 413618 refers to the contents of the memo, while I was referring to the memo itself. If you delete a memo using the delete option you are given a warning that all will be lost and not recoverable. However using ctrl+X you are given no such warning and all is lost.
