The Network Address text entry on the Traceroute tab has the same tooltip as the Portscan tab's Network Address entry: "Enter the network address to scan for open ports. For example: www.domain.com or 192.168.2.1"

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
