Please describe the problem:
When rendering the desktop, nautilus ignores the text-beside-icons preference. However all other nautilus windows use the preference.

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results:
text remains below desktop icons

Expected results:
text should be beside desktop icons

Does this happen every time?
