Please describe the problem:
After launched I open an image and still the brush tool drawing in green color all around the image, and aonly if I am moving it.

I would have it fixed 'cause is giving consfusion when using the program.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launching the GIMP
2. Openng a new file 
3. Passing the mouse over the picture


Actual results:
What I told before: it shows the brush and moving the mouse draws in green color over the page. The color looks like the one used for masking, and it disappear if I send down the image to the bar, but it comes back during the use of mouse

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?

Other information:
I toke a screen shot of it, but I don't know how to send it to you to understand what is it doing and trying to correct it.
