It would be great if the user could group together different contacts to one "meta-contact" like in gajim. So you could have only one visible contact for X contacts.
The contact list would be more compact and clear when each contact with different protocols (AIM,ICQ,XMPP,...) or contacts who have more than one account only appear once.
