Description Andreas Eisele 2009-03-20 20:23:33 UTC
When working with a shell on a remote desktop running some -Xish OS, one would quite often need a way transmit a ^D. Alas, this key is bound to "define bookmark", and there is no obvious way to get rid of this hard-coded key binding. This limits the usability in a significant way.
