GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 573901
Banshee downloads files for Silicon Valley Astronomy podcast incorrectly
Last modified: 2009-03-03 19:46:48 UTC
Please describe the problem: Each episode on this podcast is >1 hour, however when banshee downloads the episodes it often only gets 2-30mins and lists them as such despite previously correctly pulling the length from the feed. The files are incomplete upon listening and end abruptly Steps to reproduce: 1. add http://www.astrosociety.org/education/podcast/sval.xml 2. Set download all Actual results: Watch as some episodes might be downloaded correctly while other will not Expected results: Every episode, correctly added to my podcast list Does this happen every time? 100% (though the distribution of wrongly downloaded episodes seem to vary) Other information: x86_64, da_DK.UTF-8, Fedora 11 (Mono 2.4rc1 + banshee 1.4.2)
The feed itself is btw. completely RSS compliant: http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.astrosociety.org%2Feducation%2Fpodcast%2Fsval.xml
