What were you doing when the application crashed?
Testing yelp.  It seems to have trouble with info files.  Trying to load the info for tar, yelp did nothing but say "Loading..." in its title bar and display a wait cursor over the navigation bar.  This crash occurred when I clicked on the C++ libraries category of GNU Info Pages.  (docbook and man pages work OK so far as I can tell.)
