Version: 0.11.6 What were you doing when the application crashed? Hm. Rhythmbox began to crawl my directories, I guess. At least I had IO on my harddisk (I heard it working) and an indicator flipped from left to right in the upper right area of the rhythmbox widget. It also showed a dialog from time to time asking me to search for codecs for "MNG Files" or the like. Pretty annoying. Anyway, it played a track but it stopped afterwards for no obvious reason. I pressed Next and Play and then it hung. Meanwhile, I had Flash trying to "make sound" in epiphany: muelli@bigbox ~ $ epiphany http://www.chilloutzone.to/video/remi-gaillard-gemoesebroehe.html (epiphany:18719): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "((GaProtocol) 2)" of type `GaProtocol' is invalid or out of range for property `flags' of type `GaProtocol' (epiphany:18719): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_hash_table_unref: assertion `hash_table != NULL' failed LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library /usr/lib/flash-plugin/libflashplayer.so [/usr/lib/flash-plugin/libflashplayer.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32] (npviewer.bin:18765): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "nodoka", (npviewer.bin:18765): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "nodoka", Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "gnomebreakpad": libgnomebreakpad.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module": libcanberra-gtk-module.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I: caps.c: Limited capabilities successfully to CAP_SYS_NICE. Hm, well, it was me ;-)
The relevant parts of the stack trace are identical to bug 573181. Looks like pulseaudio is broken on your system. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 573181 ***
