The menu item says "Screen Resolution", the window title says "Display Settings". Would be good to decide which and go with it. Also, all the other capplets use 
"Foo Preferences" as window title, so maybe go with
"Display"/"Display Preferences" ?

        * display-properties.desktop.in.in: change window title and menu entry
        name to "Display"/"Display Preferences" to be consistent with other
        settings dialogs (bug #570907)
