System beeps (pcspkr) can no longer be disabled from within menu.

Please describe the problem: Before gnome-volume-control was redesigned, disabling system beeps required only a simple checkbox to be unticked. Now, a user is forced to use terminal commands or blacklist the pcspkr module. Steps to reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Does this happen every time? Other information:
