Please describe the problem:
skip-taskbar-hint property is ignored under windows

Steps to reproduce:
1. run attached test program


Actual results:
I see an icon in taskbar.

Expected results:
I should not see an icon in taskbar

Does this happen every time?

Yann thanks for the bug report, I don't know where the problem is but for sure not into PyGTK, there is no special code for setting the property.

the problem could be into gtk/win32 itself or the property is not supported by win32 platform.
