While playing with another bug, I found that there's no timezone selected by default in the clock applet for Trois-Rivières. Turns out it's the case for all cities I tried in Québec.

Not quite sure why, could be a local problem (although 'TZ="America/Montreal" date' works as expected). I can't investigate more right now, so filing the bug.

Yeah, it's very mysterious. I poked at it a little, but there's nothing obviously wrong with either the code or the data...
