If the GtkFileChooser has a file types filter containing a huge number of file types the the combo box gets incredibly wide, making the dialog wider than the screen, at least on Ubuntu Hardy and Ubuntu Intrepid.

I don't know if the window manager is meant to allow that, but I also guess that the combo box should have a maximum size set.

I notice this when using the file upload feature of flickr.com in Firefox 3.
