When loading a pdf document in evince

i.e. http://www8.garmin.com/manuals/Colorado300_DEBenutzerhandbuch.pdf
everything looks fine. Trying to save a copy ( File/Save a Copy )results in a
file of 0 bytes length.

evince-2.24.1-1.26

NB. Not all pdf's have this issue.

Saving secured pdfs is disabled in poppler since version 0.10 (see https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17901).
You can revert the corresponding commit in poppler (http://cgit.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/commit/?id=9946d9af9dd5d5b96d5c777413a3e253dfd1f291) to restore old functionality
