Proposed icon

Note: we are yet using a padlock icon for emblem-readonly, so something resembling the typical "forbidder" sing (a circle with a diagonal line on it) seems to me the better metaphor for this icon. Note also that gnome-icon-theme is using a x for emblem-unreadable, but in HC the x is for actions/edit-delete
