When trying to eject a CD/DVD, nautilus should kill whatever thumbnailers it has running on the disc.

This happened to me on a busted DVD, with totem-video-thumbnailer being kept running because it can't read the disc (fortunately, this thumbnailer quits after 30 seconds of trying).
