"The Evolution "Duplicate Contact Detected" dialog shows the text "[custom widget creation failed]" on the left side, and the text ("The name or email address of this contact already exists...") is cut off on the right side."

"Steps to reproduce:

Open Evolution.
Attempt to add a duplicate address to the address book.
Click OK on the Contact Quick-Add dialog.
The Duplicate Contact Detected dialog appears with errors.

This also occurs when using the Contact Editor to add a duplicate address.

Attached is a screenshot of the window."
