Can you give a rationale for why you'd need address completion in a Reply-To field?  The Reply-To field can only have one address and it's not something I would think you'd need to change all that often.  Not challenging your request, just asking.

Some lists do not set a sensible reply-to automatically. So for important messages I set it manually. It's very annoying to have to type an address manually (with risks of typos) when it was just autocompleted in the other fields 5 sec before
