Steps to repro:
0) Make sure you have Shift-Ctrl-C assigned as Copy shortcut in Keybindings editor
1) Make sure you have no selection in the terminal
2) Press Shift-Ctrl-C

Results:
Same as if you pressed Ctrl-C.

Expected results:
Not Ctrl-C !

That's been fixed on trunk already.
