Description tagbre 2008-10-31 20:40:10 UTC
Please describe the problem:
First time I wanted to open a .torrent file in Epiphany, I associated it with Deluge torrent client. After installing KDE, Epiphany opens .torrent files with Ktorrent, eventhough I manually restored the file association from within Nautilus. (If I click on a .torrent file in Nautilus it opens with Deluge)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set Ktorrent as default torrent client.
2. Open a torrent file with Epiphany.
3. Set Deluge as default torrent client.
4. Open a torrent file with Epiphany.

Actual results:
File association will not be noted by Epiphany.

Expected results:
File association should follow Nautilus setting.

Does this happen every time?
Yes, since at least Epiphany 2.22. (Tried with Ubuntu Hardy and Ubuntu Intrepid)
