GtkAccelGroup is still its own fragment object type which makes 
wrapping difficult as no extra data can be assigned to the object for
bindings to track.

Can this be fixed?  Thanks.

#51745 has a patch attached to do this.

Patch applied to CVS that makes GtkAccelGroup a GObject.
