Steps to reproduce:
1. start gimp
2. click the menu help->help
3. say that you want online help, "use web browser"
4. it crashes

Stack trace:
i can't get a stack trace it's on windows (using the Jernej Simončič installer)

Other information:
happens with the 2.6.0 installer on windows, probably it works on linux (?).
