I would like to see the possiblilty to directly select an play an element out of the loaded playlist. So you can command totem to play element 4 out of the playlist. Or directly play element 1 out of the playlist. I would like to see this as a command options --select "playlistitemX". Also make this function in the LIRC plugin. So with a remote you can press the number keys (0..9) to select the listitem to play so you can directly switch to channel 1 of a dvb-t playlist or directly go to channel 9. If possible also make pres 1 then quicky 5 to select item 15 ...
