Description Matthias Clasen 2008-09-26 03:35:37 UTC
<locale name="dz">
        <default>[ཨའིཨེསི་ཨོ་-༨༨༥༩-༡༥]</default>
        <short>དཀར་ཆག་ནང་སྟོན་མི་ ཨིན་ཀོ་ཌིངསི།</short>
        <long>ཡིག་འབྲུ་ཀོ་ཌིང་གི་དཀར་ཆག་ནང་ ཁ་ཕྱེ་ནི་ / བསྲུང་ནིའི་ ཡིག་སྣོད་སེལ་ ཨིན་ཀོ་ཌིངསི་གི་ཐོ་ཡིག ངོས་འཛིན་ཅན་གྱི་ ཨིན་ཀོ་ཌིངསི་རྐྱངམ་གཅིག་ ལག་ལེན་འཐབ་ཨིན།</l </locale>

The content of the <default> tag is wrong here, it needs to be a list of valid encoding names, e.g [ISO-8859-1] or [ASCII,ISO-8859-1,UTF-8]
