Description Gabor Kelemen 2008-09-09 20:53:09 UTC
The project wizard templates contain a <project-wizard> section, and the name and description strings here are not marked for translation. Also, the extract-translatable-strings.pl script needs to be updated, as it doesn't simply notices the _name and _description tags.

Thanks for reporting this.

We are now in string freeze period so it's probably not wise to add new strings. Anyway, I will add a patch to this bug and I will commit it after the freeze.

fix for this bug

Nothing need to be done in the code which is already supporting _name and _description as element names.

Well, I think we can commit this with notice to gnome-i18n@lists.gnome.org as this is not technically a string freeze break. IMHO it adds string that were previously not marked for translation by accident.

See http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/HandlingStringFreezes for details.
