Description elv1313 2008-08-03 21:45:08 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Both contacts and category are synced correctly, but contacts are not are not assigned to their category. This is really frustrating for my client who own over 1000 contacts in around 50 category and was using "send to all in this category" option before switching to Linux (Ubuntu) for security reason. I consider this bug a pretty major considering how many corporate worker may use "send to all in this category" and own/sync with a palm.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Setup the palm in gnome-pilot
2. Activate EAddress, ECalendar, EMemoes, ToDo, Expense MenoFile, file and MAL
3. Press the sync button

Actual results:
Contat are synced, category too, but they are not linked

Expected results:
That category will be filled with contacts.

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
-Palm version = T|X http://www.palm.com/us/products/handhelds/tx/.

-Fresh Ubuntu install

gnome-pilot integration was removed from Evolution in 2.31.x. See http://git.gnome.org/browse/evolution/commit/?id=333897772f2cf3251915800aff2c836f02095c84 for the reasons.
If your issue is still a problem, please file a bug against "gnome-pilot" instead.
