Please describe the problem:
The Help button (or F1) does not work on the new new patch version (0.14.3r1) - Unable  to Open file.

Windows installer does not include the manual/help file.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press F1
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
Help file not found

Expected results:
Display Help file

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Developers work around is to:
For now I've put the manual from the previous version online at:
http://www.kfk4ever.com/~griffon26/shared/planner.chm
If you place it in the directory where you installed planner, Planner
will find it.

I cannot reproduce this on 0.14.3 on Windows.

Alexandra, I think this has been fixed in 0.14.3, I cannot duplicate the porblem.
