GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 538441
Migrations betwean the backends
Last modified: 2009-08-27 12:34:21 UTC
Can a migration (as far as it is possible) be performed betwean the backends? I'm thinking about the moving into webkit - at least for a test period - but what I'm afraid of is losing all stored passwords, cookies etc.

It is a *request* of *feature* in *form* of *question* + explanation why the feature should be implemented ;) Let me reformulate it: "It would be nice if after switching backend the epiphany asked if it should import the data from previous backend (cookies/passwords etc.)."

If 2.27.x is WebKit-based please include this feature
2.28 will migrate all your cookies and passwords from the gecko profile. Closing this as FIXED.
