Description Paul Wise 2008-05-24 04:25:13 UTC
It would be great if totem could do this:

http://www.techcrunch.com/2008/05/22/dimp-a-direct-manipulation-video-player/
http://www.aviz.fr/dimp/

There are several papers about it on the second link.

Please reassign to gstreamer if appropriate.

This is nice but would definitely need GStreamer support.
Comment 2 Sebastian Dröge (slomo) 2011-05-19 07:40:13 UTC
Why would this need GStreamer support? I think this can be implemented completely by the application
Comment 3 Akhil Laddha 2011-07-01 05:18:09 UTC
Bastien, would you please respond to Sebastian's query as stated in comment#2 ?

I don't know what to do with this really. Yes, "it would be nice", but I don't think anyone is going to work on this, and there doesn't seem to be any library or somesuch either.
