Description:
rxvt, aterm, and other terminal apps allow you to specifiy a color for
bold or unlined styles. I use bold and underline in my prompt and change
the colors for each machine I'm logged into. It allows me to quickly
distinguish between remote hosts. I'd love a feature like this for
gnome-terminal.

e.g. ssh -f me@somewhere.com "rxvt -colorBD '#55aaff'"

Needs to be a libzvt feature. (Unless it already is, presumably the
palette covers this? in which case the bug is not a bug)

Well, not really.  The discussion all came down to add some api for setting color for Bold and Underlined text, and the patch simply hardcodes such colors...  It's a very small feature anyway, will take it.
