Description zhengxinxing 2008-05-22 05:35:52 UTC
Any time I try to open a file that its filename contains Chinese characters by a mouse double click action , I will got an error that told me "No such file or directory". I can only open this file correctly through Gnumeric's menu "file--open".

For example, my file is c:\table.gnumeric, and if I double click it under windows explorer, I can open it correctly. If I changed the filename as c:\表格.gnumeric,I would get the error if I double click it. And the file name string on the error dialog is not correct.

Another situation: if I move the file C:\table.gnumeric to C:\工作区\table.gnumeric, I would got the same error, too.

My OS: windows server 2003 Enterprise Edition of Chinese with SP1

Please try the updated package -20080707
That should solve this.

Assuming this is fixed in the new packages.
