GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 533502
Separate dedicated thread for metadata updates
Last modified: 2009-03-17 21:31:54 UTC
Within this bug, gaburt mentioned that it'd be nice if metadata writes were kept on a separate dedicated queue, which would periodically flush requested disk writes at the same time. This bug is a holder for that feature.
Perhaps this is already done. I see in code that those metadata writings are done in a Schedule (TrackEditorDialog.cs 561-569).
