If you save an entry with Home phone, in the business card view you see it as home phone and an Other phone too (but in the entry stores only at home phone). I think its a screenbug, and it needs to be removed.

I use Evolution with Hungarian locale, if it's an information. I saw this bug in 2.22.1.1 and 2.21.x too (I can select only one version in the bug)

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
