GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 528191
Missing German state in locations
Last modified: 2008-08-04 13:15:03 UTC
When one tries to add a place in the German state of Brandenburg in the GNOME panel clock applet, then one has to realize that the corresponding entry for this state is missing. No 'Brandenburg' entry is available. There are 15 entries for the other German states, but there actually exist 16 of them. So, we need someone to come up with a list of big-enough cities in Brandenburg. There's at least Potsdam, I guess. Find a METAR code if possible for those cities, and some coordinates. Then we can add Brandenburg :-)
Created attachment 109949 [details] Data about cities in Brandenburg Data source http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandenburg#St.C3.A4dte_und_Gemeinden only cities larger than 30,000 citizen
Is there any progress?
This will probably end up being marked a dup of bug 527592 once that's done. The current output from that does include Potsdam (using Berlin's METAR code because that's the closest weather station).
fixed with the new Locations.xml.in builder *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 527592 ***
