Voided QIF transactions may be identified by a payee that begins with "**VOID**". These should be imported as voided GnuCash transactions. Instead, they are currently imported like any other QIF transaction.

Please see the attached QIF containing a sample voided transaction.

Fix committed to trunk as r17075. Requesting backport for 2.2.
