GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 52522
empty_trash() crash
Last modified: 2009-08-15 18:40:50 UTC
Package: balsa Severity: normal Version: 1.1.2 Synopsis: Crash on close after browsing mailboxes Class: sw-bug Distribution: SuSE Linux 6.4 (i386) System: Linux 2.2.17 i686 unknown C compiler: 2.95.2 glib: 1.2.8 GTK+: 1.2.8 ORBit: ORBit 0.5.6 gnome-libs: gnome-libs 1.2.3 libxml: 1.8.10 Description: Balsa crashed (SIGSEG) after I clicked the close window button (of the wm sawfish). Before I did that I tried - without success - to look into my local mailbox. During that endeavour I clicked on all mailboxes (inbox, outbox, sentbox, draftbox, and an imap account). The sentbox was misteriously empty. After trying to open the local box (by clicking on it and trying rightclick/open) the local box was also stated to be empty. Before it appeared to have 23 messages including one new. Debugging information: 0x405143d9 in __wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.6
