Please describe the problem:
really I don't understand this.., 
what is it.?
I just came hear because SUSE 10.3  sent me to try to put the sound working properly.
its my first time with linux (SUSE 10.3) and even if I've had some troubles, I've fixed easy easy, and this time the trouble is that I cannot hear anything.
could you please be so kind and help me.!!

Freddy: it's a bad error message by GStreamer. The real problem, however, is probably your sound configuration. Go to System => Preferences => Sound and try different output settings for 'Music and Movies playback'.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
