Description William Fagan 2008-03-14 09:07:05 UTC
Please describe the problem:
At the import screen, f-spot scans all of the files, then when unchecking 'Copy files to the Photos folder' it rescans all of the files again. Which can take awhile with lots of pictures.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Import.
2. Select a folder with pictures.
3. Wait for scanning to complete.
4. Uncheck 'Copy files to the Photos folder'

Actual results:
All of the files are rescanned.

Expected results:
Nothing is rescanned.

Does this happen every time?
