This is on Ubuntu Gutsy with OpenOffice 3.1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start oocalc fruit.ods
(fruit.ods is in the .../orca/test/keystrokes/oocalc directory).

2. Type Control-Home to position the text caret in cell A1.

3. Press the down arrow to move to cell A2.

4. Type Insert-f to get text attributes on the current cell (A2).

Nothing is spoken. Orca debug log to follow.

Ack! Should have looked closer. We already have a bug filed against
OOo on this:
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=82480
and we are tracking it with bug #480998.
Closing this on as a duplicate of that.
